Does Grafdigger's cage prevent Atheros, God of Passage from entering the battlefield via Birthing Pod, or Chord of Calling, assuming that devotion to white and black is less than seven (not including Atheros)?

Everywhere but the battlefield, gods are always creatures, no matter what your devotion is. The Cage prevents creature cards from being put on the battlefield from the library and graveyard. Atheros is a creature card in your library, so you won't be able to put it on the battlefield with the Chord or the Birthing Pod, even if Atheros wouldn't be a creature on the battlefield.
