A random creature is equipped with a random equipment.
I cast Reality Ripple on the equipment. After it resolves, I cast another Reality Ripple on the creature.
What is going to happen at the beginning of my next untap step?

702.25h. An Aura, Equipment, or Fortification that phased out directly will phase in attached to the object
or player it was attached to when it phased out, if that object is still in the same zone or that player is still in the game. If not, that Aura, Equipment, or Fortification phases in unattached. State-based actions apply as appropriate.

As the rule you quoted states, the Equipment will phase back in attached to the creature it was attached to when it phased out.

If there's some sort of trick to this question that might cause the answer to be something different, I just don't see it. Feel free to drop me a line privately if that's the case so it can be sorted out.

EDIT: To answer the edited question, the creature and the Equipment phase back in simultaneously, and the Equipment is still attached to the creature.
