Sentinel Dispatch and Secrets of Paradise Conspiracies

If I draft Sentinel Dispatch and I also draft Secrets of Paradise can I name Construct, in order to have the token produce mana?

No you cannot. When you're asked to name a card, you have to choose the name of a Magic card. There's no Magic card named “Construct”, so you cannot choose it for Secrets of Paradise.
