Anthony controls both an Ashcloud Phoenix and an Artisan of Forms, he targets the artisan with a spell and uses the Heroic trigger to make it an Ashcloud Phoenix. Nathan kills the Artisan. I deemed that the Artisan would return as a facedown, nameless and colourless 2/2 with no capability of morphing as the card doesn't possess the ability to change naturally.

Just wanting to confirm.

The Artisan will return as a face down Artisan (since it stopped copying the Phoenix once it was in the graveyard). Since the Artisan does not have morph, it will be unable to turn itself face up.
