Manifest and Mirrorweave.

I have 3 manifested permanents, a Grizzly Bears, and a faceup Dragon's Eye Savants on the field and a Mirrorweave and another blue card in hand.

One of the manifested cards is Whip of Erebos.
One is Lightning Strike.
One is Blightsteel Colossus.

I cast Mirrorweave at Grizzly Bears.

Question 1: Can I turn Lightning Strike faceup for 1g as a Grizzly Bears?
I'm thinking no per 701.31e because the permanent is still represented by an instant card.

Question 2: Can I turn Whip of Erebos faceup for 1g as a Grizzly Bears?
Again, I'm thinking no per 701.31b because the permanent is not represented by a creature card.

Question 3: Can I turn Blightsteel Colossus faceup for 1g as a Grizzly Bears?
This one, I'm doubtful, but thinking maybe.

I cast Mirrorweave at Dragon's Eye Savant.

Question 4: Can I turn Lightning Strike faceup as Dragon's Eye Savant for the morph cost?
I'm thinking no per 701.31e.

Question 5: Can I turn Whip of Erebos faceup as Dragon's Eye Savant for the morph cost?
I'm thinking this works.

Question 6: Can I turn Blightsteel Colossus faceup as Dragon's Eye Savant for the morph cost?
I'm likewise thinking this works.

Manifest and Mirrorweave.

Manifest doesn't care about effects that try to change the mana cost, like Mirrorweave. It will only look at what the card's actual mana cost is to determine what you need to pay to turn it face up. Likewise, you can only turn it face up if the actual card is a creature card. But you can turn it face up for morph costs (but only if the actual card is a permanent card) So, in short:

1. No you cannot, since Lightning Strike is not a creature card.

2. No you cannot, since Whip of Erebos is not a creature card.

3. No you cannot, since the actual mana cost of Blightsteel Colossus is 12. We don't take the effect of Mirrorweave into account.

4. You can, but you'll just reveal the Strike and it will remain face down.

5. Yes you can. You'll pay the morph cost, and then it's turned face up.

6. Yes you can. You'll pay the morph cost, and then it's turned face up.
