Sorry if that question has been already published here, but I need a confirmation about that corner case.

I control a Myriad Landscape and I would like to fetch Wastes ? Can I get two, one or none ?

Obviously, it is clear that it does not work for two. But how about the case if I would want get only one ? An article from Cranial Insertion mentionned it and says no.
