I activate Factory making it an artifact creature land.

Someone enchants it with Dementia.

When the cleanup step arrives, it ceases being an artifact creature.

Dementia is illegally attached and is put into the graveyard and its trigger triggers,

Can the trigger reference and destroy the Factory that it was illegally attached to at the last moment that Dementia was on the field?

Under normal circumstances, it'd go to the graveyard due to fading or being Naturalized and the trigger references the object that it was legally attached to at the last moment that it was on the field.

Does it make any difference if the LKI finds it illegally attached?
