First question: is rule 112.6b applicable in case of first ability, represented by keyword “jump-start”, since this ability talks about casting card from the graveyard?
If yes, does it mean that sentences in rules like: “This ability functions…”, like second sentence in 702.132a are redundant, and text of keyword ability is all you need to understand, where the ability functions, unless stated explicitly as an exception to the rule? Another example of redundant sentence in similar case is first sentence in 702.124a (this is a rule about undaunted, which works in stack due to 112.6c).
If no, does it mean that the zone where the ability functions is defined by rule text outside the ability text? If so, how one can distinguish between clearly redundant sentence (702.124a again) and sentences that are filled with meaning?
