Goad and leaving the game

In a multiplayer game, if I Goad someones creature and then leave the game before my next turn, will that creature stay Goaded indefinitely?

Goad and leaving the game

Hi,

Thanks for your question. The creature only remains goaded until when your next turn would have begun. Once we've reached that point, the effect of goad wears off and the creature is no longer goaded (and is no longer forced to attack). This is similiar to detaining a permanent, then losing the game - the permanent is not detained for the rest of the game, it's detained until when your next turn would have happened.

800.4k When a player leaves the game, any continuous effects with durations that last until that player’s next turn or until a specific point in that turn will last until that turn would have begun. They neither expire immediately nor last indefinitely.
