Brothers Yamazaki + Leyline of Singularity + Spy Kit

I control two copies of Brothers Yamazaki, one of which is equipped with Spy Kit, and a Leyline of Singularity. I then play a Grizzly Bears. What happens? I'm torn as to which creature(s), if any, would be sacrificed to the Legend rule.
