Daxos of Meletis vs Sunburst and K

Daxos of Meletis's ability use “as though” words, so it works under the rule 609.4:
609.4 Some effects state that a player may do something “as though” some condition were true or a creature can do something “as though” some condition were true. This applies only to the stated effect. For purposes of that effect, treat the game exactly as if the stated condition were true. For all other purposes, treat the game normally.

Is it right that it's possible to use mana of any color for X to cast Consume Spirit but for purpose Sunburst or Firespout effects the game will count only real colors of mana spent to cast these spells?

702.43a Sunburst is a static ability that functions as an object is entering the battlefield from the stack. “Sunburst” means “If this object is entering the battlefield from the stack as a creature, it enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each color of mana spent to cast it. If this object is entering the battlefield from the stack and isn’t entering the battlefield as a creature, it enters the battlefield with a charge counter on it for each color of mana spent to cast it.”

Yep, that's correct. Using Daxos, you treat the mana as though it were mana of any color, so you could treat mana as though it were black mana and use it in the X cost of the Spirit. However, sunburst will look at the actual color of mana that you used, so if you produce WWW, but treat it as though it were BUG to cast a Suntouched Myr, the Myr will see that you spent three white mana on the spell, so it will only get one +1/+1 counter.
