will heroic ability trigger if creature cast with bestow (trying to target) is countered ?
I ask this because my friend told me that on modo don't trigger.

Yes.

Heroic triggers when the creature becomes the target of a spell. This happens as the last part of casting the creature with bestow, before any player gets priority (and can respond). In other words, when a player counters a creature with bestow, the heroic trigger is already on the stack or has already resolved.
