Notion Thief in a Multiplayer Game

The player who was meant to draw essentially chooses which of A or C will draw.

When B is about to draw a card (except the first in their draw step), two replacement effects are competing to replace it. B chooses one to apply.
- If B chooses to replace first with A's Notion Thief, C's Notion Thief applies to the new draw and C will end up drawing a card.
- If B chooses to replace first with C's Notion Thief, A's Notion Thief applies to the new draw and A will end up drawing a card.
