Looking at card with Urza's Bauble

Hello!
The question is, if I look on a random card with Urza's Bauble, does my opponent knows which card I am looking at? I would use CR 402.3, but I am not entirely sure about it.

Yes they will. Your opponent will know which card was chosen at random from their hand, so they will know what card you were allowed to look at.
