Andrea casts a Lightning Bolt. She then cast Increasing Vengeance from her graveyard, choosing to copy the two bolts. Before either those two spells resolve, she cast a Reverberate on the Increasing Vengeance. When the Reverberate resolves, she chooses for the first copy to be Increasing Vengeance and the other be Bolt. For the Increasing Vengeance, she chooses the original Increasing Vengeance and Bolt. Can this goes on to do infinite Lightning Bolts ?

This does not work. Where you cast a spell from is not part of a card's copiable values. The Reverberate copy of the Vengeance was not cast from the graveyard, so the Reverberate Vengeance will only give you one copy of the spell, not two.
