If I have a face down copy of
Temur War Shaman, and pay six mana to turn it face up, will it then fight?
CR 707.11 seems to imply that it should, but I wanted to make sure before answering my friend's question. I figured it would have shown up in the release notes, but no such luck.
707.11: “If a face-down permanent would have an ”As is turned face up…“ ability after it's turned face up, that ability is applied while that permanent is being turned face up, not afterward.”
