A swamp, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, Kormus Bell, Blood Moon, and another swamp are played, in that order.

What are the characteristics of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth? What are the characteristics of the swamps?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe:
Blood Moon only affects non basic lands, so Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth will lose all abilities and be a Mountain. Blood moon will not affect the 2 basic swamps. Those 2 basic swamps will also be 1/1 creatures due to Kormus bell.

This is correct.

All effect apply in the same layer, 4. Kormus Bell additionally applies in layer 7b, but it determines what it applies to in layer 4.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Kormus Bell both depend on Blood Moon in layer 4. We apply Blood Moon first and Urborg now has no abilities besides the intrinsic T: add R (when you change a land's basic land type, it loses all abilities, and that applies in layer 4). Kormus Bell no longer depends on Urborg, so you just apply it to the remaining basic Swamps.
