Brothers Yamazaki as a Commander

A friend brought up something interesting. He was asking if he could use the other Brothers Yamazaki in a deck with Brothers Yamazaki as the commander (collector numbers 160a and 160b). I want to say ‘no’ because the commander format's rules specify there cannot be more than one card with a specific card name in the deck including the commander; but that's the rules lawyer in me. That said, I'm sure the response would most likely be: It's a casual format. Do whatever makes it more fun as long as everyone agrees with it.
Just looking for some input.

Brothers Yamazaki as a Commander

Hi,

There are no special rules concerning Brothers Yamazaki. Since they're not basic lands, and they don't have an ability that lets you run more of them (see Relentless Rats), you can run at most one Brothers Yamazaki in your commander deck.
