Kalitas & Annointed Procession + Expertise

Hello all,

To follow up this topic : https://apps.magicjudges.org/forum/topic/35439/

I do not understand why the Fling's additionnal cost (and more globally the casting process) is not taken in count by the interraction Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet + Annointed Procession when the spell is cast during the resolution of a spell (Yahenni's Expertise for example).

If we compare this interaction with this one : Doubling Season + Primeval Titan and a Vivid land (Let's say Vivid Creek), it seems really weird and strange because in that case, Doubling Season takes in count the Vivid's replacement effect under the resolution of the Titan's enters-the-battlefield trigger.

So, why does it work like that ?

Thanks,

Jean-François
