So I've seen some discussion on counter placing effects and Solemnity, mainly if Solemnity is in play and Master Biomancer is in play so your creatures still get the counters?

I'm no pro at deciphering quite yet. I do know that “can't” generally takes the place of “can” but will this be true for this type of replacement?
