When Dire Fleet Ravager enters the battlefield, each player loses a third of his or her life, rounded up.

Had a question about this card today, whether it rounds up the total life you lose, or your life total. Anyone have some advice for me, a little confused about this.

Unless your life total is a multiple of 3, 1/3rd of it will be a fraction; round that up, and subtract the rounded third from your life total.

Your life total will never be a fractional number (except in Unhinged land), so you won't need to round that up.
