Hello!

If I splice Everdream onto Time Stop, will I draw a card after the “End the Turn” procedure is completed?

Sure. Just because Time Stop left the stack doesn't mean that the spell will stop resolving (it will continue to resolve, even if it leaves the stack in the middle of resolving it).
