Ephara and Torpor Orb

Does Torpor Orb interact with Ephara, God of the Polis?
On one hand, the triggering event is not EtB, on the other, being under the intervening if makes it an additional condition for an ability to trigger.

Ephara and Torpor Orb

Ephara has a normal upkeep trigger that's checking to see if a creature entered the battlefield under your control last turn. It's not directly triggering because of a creature entering, so the Orb won't do anything about it. So yes, you'll still draw a card if a creature entered the battlefield under your control last turn, even with the Torpor Orb on the battlefield.
