Project Description
Most of the activity outside events is performed through projects, that are volunteer-based and independent.
Our goal is to provide support and guidance to existing projects and to help creating new ones.
Main activities of the Sphere:
- Tracking of the existing Italian projects
- Researching for ideas for new projects (i.e. looking for successful examples in other regions, analyzing regional needs, adapting to changes in the community, serving new Organized Play activities)
- Incubating new projects (i.e. providing support, guidance, networking and tools for brainstorming)
- Developing new projects (i.e. participating in the first activities like project definition, team selection and kickstart)
