Project Description
There was some discussions on methods, brainstorming on the right way to, the need for a better structure, the idea of an online ressource for players to check whether their alterations are legal in tournaments. In the end, the HJ is the final arbiter, however I set up a twitter https://twitter.com/allowalteration if you have questions on alterations. I will, of course only give my personal opinion on it so your HJ view may differ, but I intend to give a good overall image about alterations.
